The competition Culm and Cover was organized for students of the faculty of architecture at the RWTH Aachen University. The target was the design of structures applying bamboo culms with the CONBAM Joining Technique and a light textile cover of CARPRO.
The competition was advertised by the companies CARPRO and CONBAM and executed in close cooperation with the RWTH Aachen University.
The winner TRINEX was realized.
During the project the students worked in a close cooperation with the companies and the professors to maximize the quality of the result.
